Mumbles takes a mulligan

President Bush is no threat to Ronald Reagan's legacy as "The Great Communicator." He's so bad, his errors have spawned their own name, "Bushism.". Yesterday he fumbled so badly he had to take a do-over.
Standing before a bouquet of mikes held by attention-starved journalist Bush expressed his pleasure that Republicans and Democrats had worked out a bipartisan compromise on the "energy bill."
He immediately realized his gaffe.
"Let me start over," he begged, Air Force One waiting patiently n the background.
"I'm pleased that Republicans and Democrats in the United States Senate are working together to get a comprehensive `immigration' bill," Bush said. "I want to thank the efforts of those involved in the process. ..."
He talk pretty some day.
