terrorism!

Retired schoolteacher Walter Soehnge is furious over the latest idiot "Homeland Security" crackdown.
That's because Soehnge himself was targeted by the police-state thugs all because
he paid off a credit card.
Soehnge, a Texan who retired to Rhode Island with his wife, says they noticed a MasterCard balance was creeping up. So they decided to pay it off, starting with a nice fat payment of $6,522.
When it didn't appear on their credit card statement, Soehnge started making phone calls ... and eventually found out that just trying to pay off a bill these days is enough to bring in the idiot feds.
"An alarm went off. A red flag went up. The Soehnges' behavior was found questionable,"
Providence Journal columnist Bob Kerr wrote this week.
"And all they did was pay down their debt. They didn't call a suspected terrorist on their cell phone. They didn't try to sneak a machine gun through customs. They just paid a hefty chunk of their credit card balance. And they learned how frighteningly wide the net of suspicion has been cast."
Soehnge says he's "madder than a panther with kerosene on his tail."
He's on a crusade to let people know "how easily someone in Homeland Security can get permission to spy."
