Yeah I think Amano's only fault is I have yet to see any of his tanks with a killie in it. Every other fish on the planet, except for a freaking killie!!!!
Amano seems to favor fish from his continent, but not exclusivly. Some of the aquriums he has designed, would make awesome killi tanks though! There is a pic of some discus in one of his tanks I love! I think its a tank of turquise Discyees. Very Nice! The big discus I have in are so nice! You should set a tank up for a pair!

I'm just a pore cable guy, I can't afford discus, no matter how bad I would love to have some. I would be in debt up to my eye balls. I would have to sell off some inflattable women or due something almost as drastic like rob a bank or something. Just saving up for the cube fish tank was a task in it's self. It's going to collect dusy for a while, till I can afford to fill it up, and light it. I am doing it in the Amano style, so I am taking my time and doing it right. It took me a long time to find the cube tanks, and even so there not the seemless ones that amano uses i think it is still going to look very cool.
